GE HealthCare in Horten is looking for a Lead Service Integrator
As a Lead Service Integrator (LSI), You will be responsible for overseeing the serviceability of our cardiovascular ultrasound products, ensuring that we have good enough documentation, processes, and parts on-shelf to serve our customers. You will work closely with service regions, lifecycle team and collaborate with cross-functional teams within engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible of serviceability of our products to make sure we have good enough documentation, processes, and parts on-shelf to serve our customers.
Follow up changes on the products in Design Change Board (DCB) to evaluate if the changes have any consequences to the current service documentation, processes or parts.
Customer Satisfaction Opportunity (CSO) follow up to see if we have new drivers that needs attention.
Service Acceptance Testing (SAT) follow up with regions before introducing new features/functionality.
Scrum Master for CCT, making sure CCT has a sustainable plan for each Train and presenting the plan.
Spare part setups and following the process from implementation to on-shelf.
Service Validations.
Contributing to Service Training.
Service representative in Core Team and contributing to NPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to lead, motivate people and delegate tasks
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
