We are now looking for a Global Inventory Lead to join our Well Services team in Stavanger.

The ideal candidate have:

• Strong educational background with minimum a bachelor's degree in relevant discipline area or documented extensive experience in the field

• Minimum 7 years relevant business experience

• The ability to work independent and in close cooperation across departments

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (strong experience with IFS is a benefit)

• Strong interest business improvement and to develop efficient systems that supports and improves operational efficiency

• Strong analytical skills related to efficient Inventory Management and cost of Inventory

• Good communications skills and understanding of operating in international business environment

• Proven relationship management skills and ability to build business partnerships across cultures

• Good written and verbal English skills

• Experience within Inventory Management from system to physical storage. Experience within Material Management and LEAN is a plus

• Must be accurate and detailed oriented

• Must have an interest in Material Management and Material control

Your duties as Global Inventory Lead will consist of:

• Support and ensure alignment with Odfjell Technology's strategic objectives

• A leading role in developing new routines, procedures and systems to improve Material Management in Well Services

• Develop a global roll out plan for the new routines incl. training and support to ensure compliance across all locations

• Support key internal stakeholders across the business to ensure operational success

• Identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost saving

• Project management according to set ambitions and roadmaps

This roles involves comprehensive management of spare parts data within our ERP (IFS) system, which includes several key responsibilities:

• Maintaining ERP Master data for Spare Parts
  
  -ABC classification and Activating Cycle Count
  
  -Constructing Bill of Material for our asset fleet
  
  -Design and implement new routines globally: Introducing new work practices across the organization, which may involve training, process standardization and change management.
