We are looking for a long-term tenant for our:
Room: Approximately 10 m² (available from October)
Condition: Fully renovated two years ago
About the house:
Big house in Stavanger Sentrum, with 3 floors, 4 rooms, 1 toilet, large bathroom, and two spacious terraces.
Free parking if you have a car — it’s an 8-10 minute walk from the house.
The house, the room, and especially the rooftop are very bright. We have light from both sides. There is a large park just ~20 m away — perfect for sunny days.
Bus/train station is only a 5-minute walk away.
House rules & policies:
No pets — we do not allow any animals in the house.
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
Utilities (electricity) are shared; cost is usually 200-500 NOK/month.
We are 4 people living here. We are social but also respectful of each other’s privacy. We are clean and tidy and expect the same from you.
General cleaning of shared spaces is done weekly. That costs 200 NOK/month. You are responsible for keeping your own space clean and picking up after yourself.
About us & what we ask:
If you are interested in living with us, please tell us a bit about yourself — who you are, what you do, your hobbies, etc. We want to know who we’ll be sharing the house with.
We prefer to meet people who introduce themselves; we won’t schedule viewings for people who just say “Can I see the room?” without any background. We care about finding someone who fits well with our household.
