At Glamox Production Molde (GPM), we are looking for an Operations Improvement Analyst to work closely with line management in analyzing our production operations and driving efficiency and quality improvements. Using Lean principles and digital tools, you will play a key role in enhancing our production processes and overall performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze our production operations to identify improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects within GPM.

  • Drive GPM's improvement agenda, ensuring sustainable and measurable impact.

  • Facilitate continuous improvement in collaboration with line management to implement and sustain processes based on Lean principles, fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development.


Desired Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

  • Higher education within relevant fields such as manufacturing, logistics, engineering or finance

  • Advanced analytical skills and experience working with various sources of data and tools

  • A digital mindset and the ability to learn and utilize new tools such as Power BI

  • Understanding of, and preferably experience with, Lean principles

  • Excellent teamwork skills to build and maintain positive working relationships

  • Be a role model for change and improvement, with a methodical and organized approach to tasks

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
