Label size is 45 C (vintage sizing, referring to a roomy XXL neck size). However, based on the actual chest width, today as the standards have changed, this fits like a modern Relaxed Fit Medium (M) or a Snug/Slim Fit Large (L)
Please refer to the exact flat measurements below to ensure a perfect fit:
Chest circumference measured just under the armpits of the sleeves end, about 112 cm — so the armpit to armpit is about 56 cm
Sleeve, upper measurement from top of shoulder seam to end of cuff, about 63 cm
Length from mid-shoulder to bottom hemline measures about 76 cm
Preloved. This shirt shows some wear on some parts of the fabric, slight pilling (nupper) and the worst of it is pictured, please see through the photos. In adequate pre-owned condition.
