Big and cozy room available in the centre of Frogner WITHOUT DEPOSIT

We are renting an attractive room in a 75m2 apartment in the heart of Frogner Oslo, close to Soli. 10 minutes from the metro station, 20 meters from bus station (bus 21).
The apartment is light, and has a good standard. It has two separate rooms.
Big kitchen/dining room with all appliances, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and new oven. Big living room and super cozy balcony with grill.
Bathroom with floor heating, shower, and new washing machine and drying machine.

The room we are renting is approx 15m2, very bright with a large roof window, fully furnished with a queen size bed 160x200cm, and wardrobe. The person who is moving out is asking for all this stuff, 2.500 NOK.

Electricity, heating, and 60 Mbps Wi-Fi internet are NOT included in the rent. Electricity in winter is around 2.000 NOK (your part 1.000) and in summer around 1.000 NOK (your part 500), internet is 800 (your part 400). The deposit for electricity and internet is 5.000 NOK, because they are on our names and we need some security that it will be paid by your side. This deposit will be returned when renter leaving apartment.

The apartment is located on the top floor. There are plenty of possibilities for parking around the building, also a safe place to leave your bicycle.

Nearby grocery stores are:
Mega Coop, Joker, Kiwi, Rema 1000.

Majorstuen and Bogstadveien/Hegde are super close, same as Nationatheatre, where you can find a rich selection of shops, cafes, pastry shops, restaurants. Here you will find everything from the large, affordable clothing chains, to the fashion boutiques that you will not find elsewhere in town. Most of Oslo's best cafes, bars, and restaurants are within a 10 minutes radius from the apartment.

Who are we? We are Marija and Tomislav, a married couple. Both working 100% in daily time. Our collective is a NON party collective, clean and tidy, and we would like to keep it like this with our new roommate.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a quiet and tidy female person aged between 20-35 years, with a permanent job/study who is a secure payer. NON smoker, without pets, who is not getting visitors and not making parties.
