Short-term, big, charming, big room in Grünerløkka

[Short term] I am renting out my big bedroom (16 sqaure meters) 26 June - 6 Aug 2024. 3500 NOK per week, and 13800 NOK for the whole period. The room is fully furnished, with a desk, high-quality, brand new bed and beddings, quiet, with a view. The walls and floor are very new - they are renovated two years ago. Relatively high ceiling - 2,67m. No traffic, super quiet at night.

The flat has 2 bedrooms. You will be sharing the bathroom, living room and kitchen with my flatmate in another bedroom. She is a friendly, creative, tidy 36 year old French lady who is into gym and design. These two bedrooms are located at two far ends of the flat so you will have privacy. The living room is super cozy where you can relax. There is a piano and guitar too if you play. The flat is fully furnished. All cooking utensils (incl. nespresso) washing machine, are available. :)

The move in and ending date can be discussed. This room is for one person only, preferably a female, not a couple. Deposit is 5000 NOK.

I would prefer someone friendly, tidy, who really takes care of my home. When you drop me a message, could you please introduce yourself? :)

You will share the electricity bills with the flatmate. Usually it's 100+ NOK per person per month.

I am 36 years old, female, friendly and warm who loves tango, mindfulness, hiking. I work as an academic at a university college in Oslo.

LOCATION
I totally love this area - that's why I bought my flat here. This area is very central and there are trams, buses well connected to most parts in Oslo. This neighborhood is quiet (no traffic) and surrounded by green areas, and with Birkelunden as one of best neighbourhoods. A relaxed picnic in the park, stroll to Løkka for a good lunch, tram ride to the center or jogging along the Akerselva. Here you live, among other things, with a short way to Sofienbergparken.
