The AW Run Mid 'Grey’ is a mid-top sneaker from Drop 2 of the Adidas Originals x Alexander Wang partnership. Inspired by rave culture, the design features a sock-like light grey Primeknit upper, green silicone dots at the heel, and a black leather tongue. Released in October 2017 alongside an alternate black colorway and the AW Skate Mid, the sneaker also features a multicolor midsole and black rubber outsole.
A deconstructed take on the modern running shoe, these shoes are designed in collaboration with adidas Originals. Their clean aesthetic plays off athletic style, with a sock-like upper made of flexible adidas Primeknit. The leather tongue features an upside-down Trefoil logo and offers a contrast to the knitted upper.
