Dynabeads products produced in Norway are used in break-through technologies, lifesaving assays and clinical applications. Our customers are world leading pharma and diagnostics companies, which have chosen us as their business partner.


In the Analytics development team, we now have one temporary position available located at Lillestrøm and Fornebu. The position will be a 12 months’ assignment. The position will focus on method development and data analysis to support production and scale up activities for our magnetic polymer beads portfolio.

Analytics is part of the Technical Operation team, a team of total 36 people with a strong scientific background, with analytical techniques and production process knowledge. Analytics, a group of 11 people, work in cross-functional teams in the company and are responsible for development, validation and implementation of new analytical methods and techniques, Quality Control technology transfer and support for products to life science, diagnostics and clinical markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Technology assessment of analytical methods
  • Analytical method development: planning, conducting and reporting experiments
  • Plan, conduct and report experiments
  • Prepare technical reports
  • Perform statistical data analysis

Experience/Qualifications needed to succeed:

  • Minimum Master of Science or equivalent experience within Analytical Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
  • Competence using spectroscopy methods (FTIR, Raman, NIR)
  • Knowledge and experience with in-line analytical methods and PAT (Process Analytical Technology) is an advantage
  • Knowledge in using statistical experimental design and data analysis tools – MVDA (Multivariate Data Analysis) knowledge and experience is desired
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Scandinavian language would be an advantage
  • Experience with working with high quality standards (ISO-13485) is desired
  • Understanding of a modern manufacturing organization
