We are currently looking for a new Senior Manager, Facilities and EHS for our sites in Oslo and Lillestrøm.

How will you make an impact?

As our new Senior Manager, Facilities & EHS you will be leading and managing a technical team responsible for EHS, facilities and maintenance functions at our sites in Oslo and Lillestrøm.

You will also be responsible for liaising and interacting with business leaders, manufacturing and EHS leaders, and corporate functions to effectively manage site real estate, space planning, facilities, processing equipment, security and EHS needs to support business growth.

What will you do?

• Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS and facilities regulations and codes
• Drive continuous improvement using PPI tools, finding and executing new opportunities for productivity projects
• Support and execute environmental initiatives both at site level and globally
• Develop, maintain, and enforce Safety Policies and Procedures in accordance with all local and corporate program requirements
• Responsible for Norway Operation’s facilities and production plant, critical construction projects and equipment installations at the sites as needed
• Responsible for maintenance and calibration programs for all equipment units and utility systems
• Responsible for qualification and validation of new and existing equipment units including establishing URS’s and Validation Master Plan.
• Act as primary point of contact to regulatory agency / government authorities, insurance and corporate functions including administration of company compliance with regulatory permits
• Represent company to regulatory agencies on EHS, Security and Facilities matters
• Manage contractors and subcontractors for construction projects and equipment installations.
• Responsible for Technical emergency response team at Oslo and Lillestrøm sites
• Develop and manage site EHS, Security, Maintenance and Facilities budget
• Security and business contingency planning

How will you get here?

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

Experience
• Experience working within the fields of facility, maintenance and EHS
• Experience working with authorities
• Experience leading and managing a team

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Ability to set direction, influence and get commitment and alignment with senior management and stakeholders throughout the organization
• Strong leadership, communication and change management skills
• Knowledge of external environment management and reporting
• Analytic and problem-solving skills
