Rooms available starting the new semester in 2026. In total three rooms in the first floor share one bathroom and kitchen/living in the second floor. Each floor is on 45 m2. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Two rooms are on 9m2 (6200) and one is on 7m2 (rented)and are ideal for students/young professionals with academic background. Internet and electricity are included in the price- reasonable use.

All the rooms are equipped with heaters that warm up the rooms to comfortable temperature in 1 hr. The kitchen and bathroom are not recently renovated, but they are functional.

The place is located in the working class area of Stavanger, close to Kilden center, with all the facilities nearby. The house is 3 km from the university-a nice walk through Sørmarka forest. Good bus connections to Forus.
