Tech recruiter / Sourcer

We are seeking a Tech recruiter / Sourcer who can run our talent sourcing efforts for 12 months. We are an in-house recruitment team that currently consists of five recruiters and one sourcer. We are an engaged and cooperative team that takes pride in our ability to deliver premium recruitment experiences for both hiring managers and candidates alike - and having tons of fun while we do it.

As Tech recruiter / Sourcer you will become our hub and go-to person for passive candidates. Your job will be to turn every rock to find, attract and engage talented individuals. 

Your contribution to the team will include

• Source, target and talk to candidates on a daily basis, uncover their key requirements for future positions and connect them with job opportunities in Telenor
• Work alongside other recruiters on open positions, supplying them with relevant candidates, as well as build pipelines of leads for Telenor?s medium to long term competence needs
• Coordinate candidates and hiring managers
• Write and post job ads
• Continuous improvement of sourcing activities as well as take part in CI-initiatives on team level

What we would like you to bring to the role

• You can converse with candidates and hiring managers in a professional, knowledgeable manner from the first call
• You have good knowledge using LinkedIn recruiter and have experience using advanced search and Boolean search strings
• You have a solid understanding of common roles within tech, different technologies and a constant appetite for learning more
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You have a degree and a passion for business and technology
• Fully proficient in Norwegian and English
• You focus on delivering results and having an impact
• Good mood and a desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment

• Experience with building pipelines and pipeline management
