Work Task:

New Privacy regulations will be valid from May 2018. This new regulation requires a significant amount of work to prepare for, both regarding mapping and documenting of privacy data, reviewing and updating relevant processes, establish new processes, establish and review relevant policies and specifications

The contractor shall, on behalf of Information Management & Security Manager (Privacy responsible) drive the work related to ensuring that client is compliant with the upcoming privacy protection regulations based on GDPR (General Data Protection Regulative). This work includes identifying and documenting privacy data (both structure, unstructured and meta-data), establishing necessary privacy policies, review and change relevant processes and define and implement new processes related to privacy data handling.

Experience:

The contractor should be familiar with the new GDPR and/or experience working with privacy data and privacy regulation.

She/he should also be familiar with documenting information architecture/catalogue and process oriented management systems.

Experiences with architecture tools in general, and Ardoq in particular, is also an advantage.
