The townhouse has been recently refurbished and is new to the holiday rental market. The rooms are light and spacious and no expense has been spared in order to offer extremely comfortable accommodation with sea views, and only a 5 minute stroll down to the fabulous marina or Puerto Calero The accommodation consists of a master bedroom on the first floor, with king size bed (180 x 200), fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, a balcony with table and chairs to take in the sea view, and a private sunbathing terrace. Downstairs, bedroom two has a double bed (150 x 200) wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom three has three single beds. Two of these can be pushed together to make a third double. Wardrobe and wall mounted fan. There is a spacious bathroom with large walk in shower, dining room and fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room has three comfortable leather sofas and a new 55" Samsung Smart TV. There is a hard drive attached which is loaded with many films for family, adventure, drama, action, music etc. There is free wifi and a ceiling fan. Outside, there is a dining table with seating for 8 people, a brick barbeque and sunbeds.
