As of 2019 we have the Spanish Tourist license, which is a new Law in Spain. Most of Spain is now under this restrictions. It helps make the renters feel secure that they will not be told to leave when they check the Vacation rentals for the License number.
Also, as a result , we are now on Booking.com as well.
That helped us through the Pandemic in 2021, as we were booked through the Summer through Booking.com.
Hope this will answer some questions you might have in this area.
Remodeled 2 bedroom condo (October 2022) in Torrevieja one block from the Mediterranean, 4 blocks from 2 separated beaches on the Mediterranean coast. Fully furnished with new beds and matrasses. New reclining sofa and clothes cabinets as of October 2022.

UPDATE: We also installed air conditioning in the Master Bedroom in January of 2023.
New 43 inch screen TV. Scandinavian TV shows as well as English channels and all the Spanish ones. Super market half a block around the corner. Walking distances to over 200 Tapa bars, Cafeterias and Restaurants/Bars in the Area. Drinking and Dining is very inexpensive here. The apartment is situated one street from the beach, between Los Locos beach and Del Cura beach. The apartment has two bed rooms, one Master, and the other one single with two single beds. We also have MOSQUITO NETTING on all windows and sliding door. Also have a BABY CRIB. It has High Speed WI-FI Internet connection (200Mb). You have Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finish and English, a lot of USA shows and Spanish TV. You can Still watch your favorite channels here. All the services you need are minutes walking, for long distance is recommended to rent a car.
Bus services around the corner as well.
Payment are taken over PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, and returned the same way.
100 Euros per stay is charged for cleaning, manager meet and greet, as well as departure day meeting.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

There is a 300 Euros refundable deposit. As of March 14th. 2023, the electric prices in Spain went up 115%. So we have to ad 30 Euros a week in electric.
