Private parking is available on site.

4 one-room apartments (2 + 1 persons) with 1 bathroom (without terrace)
1-room apartments, Prices for the season 01.05.-30.09.2023 from 60€ to 120€ per day

4 two-room apartments (4 + 2 persons) with 2 bathrooms and 1 terrace
2-room apartments, Prices for the season 01.05.-30.09.2023 from 90€ to 220€ per day

2 three-room apartments (6 + 2 persons) each with 4 bathrooms and 2 terraces
3-room apartments, Prices for the season 01.05.-30.09.2023 from 120€ to 280€ per day

All apartments have a kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed, one to three bathrooms with shower and WC, one to three bedrooms and the larger ones also terrace. Apartments have views of pool and garden, mountains and sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, water cooker and coffee machine are available. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, soap and towels. Also bed linen are provided.
The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. Another person can find space on the sofa bed in the living room. In the multi-room apartments, each can sleep 2 people on the sofabed. On request we can provide you with baby beds.

All apartments are air-conditioned and feature satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

The center of Sumartin, with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, supermarkets as well as port and ferry are 400m away. The nearest beach is only 300m.
