Welcome to our luxurious seafront apartment in Cap Negret area. Located in the recently built Bahia Blanca Complex, here you will find your dreamlike place to spend your holidays.
This apartment offers air conditioned in its 2 bedrooms and in the living room and a very comfortable floor heating under its wooden parquet floor. You will be able to cook your own creations with local products in its fully equipped open kitchen and have unforgettable moments in its large seafront terrace with views to Ifach Rock in Calpe and Albir Cape. An indoor parking space is offered for free as well as 300 MB Wi-Fi.
We include all the needed bedclothing, towels, iron, ironing board, etc...also a free baby cot and a high chair can be offered to make your life here easier if requested.
Bahia Blanca Complex has a large pool and a direct access to the quiet beach, and a cozy heated pool that you can enjoy during the winter months and a sauna. And it is really close to the Cap Negret and Olla summer beach bars and chill out cafes.
The famous old city of Altea and its new seafront promenade are just a 15 min stroll from here.

The apartment has a large living room with a sofa and an arm chair, and you can watch NRK 1, 2 and 3 amongst lots of international English, French, German and other channels in our TV.
You can relax or even eat in our fully furnished terrace, with front views to Cap Negret beach and to the pool area.
You will find a master bedroom with a double bed 180 x 100 cm and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. In the second bedroom you will find a bunk bed with capacity for 4 children or 2 adults.
The open kitchen offers dishwasher, oven, cooking hob, and all the crockery items and cuttlery set you will need during your stay here. There is also a guest bathroom with shower.
