This Kapparis Sea View Villa is set on a small development of just eight detached ocean side homes; this delightful property is the perfect, peaceful holiday rental.
So often with rentals positioned this close to the sea, you have to pay for the views with reduced space. You sometimes feel cramped and overlooked by other properties. Your villa comes with its own, private swimming pool, terrace with views of the sea, offering a great spot to relax in the sun. Make sure you are the first upstairs to grab the master bedroom. It comes complete with a modern en-suite and shower, but the piece de resistance is the breathtaking (large) private balcony with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.
Downstairs, the main entrance leads into the open-plan dining, living and kitchen area, with guest Wc. The marble staircase leads to the first floor, where the three bedrooms and the spacious family bathroom is located.
Set in a perfect location, on a small, quiet development, yet just minutes walk from the beach and the restaurants and amenities of Kapparis.
The villa has fast, free Wifi installed. Hd Smart Tv ready, Netflix logged in and ready to go, hundreds of movies on a media player and even an Apple Tv box.
Every room has air conditioning, that works!
Check-in: Is From 3 pm and Check-out is 12 noon. If nobody is booked to arrive the day you are leaving you can have a late checkout up to 5 pm for €50 (payable locally on arrival).
