Good, solid, old bike, but in need of a complete tune up and two new inner tubes in the tires. I rode this bike for years in the Netherlands, and it was comfortable and dependable. It has been sitting in my basement for years now, however, and it really needs some general service. If you know anything about bikes, you can almost definitely take care of it yourself.
It has several speeds, and lights powered by a generator; last time I rode it (which was awhile ago), the lights were working fine. There is a lock on the back wheel (now opened), but I broke the key, so you'll have to remove it :)
Sizes are approximate - but close. I'm 170cm, and it's perfect size for me, but both the seat and the handlebars can be raised for taller people.
