Power ON:
Press FUNCTION to turn on the unit, it will calibrate automatically.
Auto mode:
When automatic calibration process finished, the icon CAL will disappear and it is ready to use at auto mode.
Manual mode:
To find the known objects (metals, studs and/or AC power lines), press FUNCTION button until icon METAL or icon STUD or icon AC Power displayed on LCD. The strength bars will be scanning for calibration. When calibration process finished, it is ready to use at manual mode.
Power OFF: Press and hold the CAL button, then press FUNCTION button to turn off the unit.
Notes:It is recommended to calibrate before use for effective finding

Use this detector to reveal what's in the wall, under the ground, behind a partition or located in any other spot where wires, pipes or wood may be hidden. This device is equipped with LC display with a bar graph and an acoustic signal in order to locate and signal the object. The user can select from 4 modes: auto, metal, wood or energised lines. Different tones will indicate what is being targeted.
