Condition:
Has been used very gently and with care so there is no scratch or physical damage. The keyboard and touchpad are both very intact and responsive. The laptop properly handles demanding tasks as well. The 240 hz screen is very immersive for gaming experience. The only thing to consider is that the speaker sound is slightly disturbed when the volume is full, but you shouldn't have a problem with low volume or using a headphone.
