I offer professional doula support for women and families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period in Oslo and surrounding areas.
My work is centered on calm, continuity, and emotional safety. I support women giving birth within the Norwegian maternity system, offering preparation, presence, and care before, during, and after birth.
My services may include:
Prenatal preparation course and support with your birth plan (fødebrev)
Pregnancy and postpartum massage
Continuous birth support at hospital or agreed place of birth
Postpartum visits and emotional support after birth
I work with both Norwegian and international families. My approach is respectful of medical care and focused on helping you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout your experience.
Based in Oslo. I attend births at hospitals in the area, including Bærum Hospital.
