This round roasting pan features a heat-conducting cast iron spike, which ensures the chicken is cooked all the way through. Its tray collects excess fat, resulting in tender meat for a healthier meal that’s lower in fat.

Crisp and even cooking
Perfectly cook seasoned or marinated chicken, duck, guinea fowl, partridge or a small turkey with a juicy inside and a crispy skin. Simply place the poultry down vertically on the heat-conducting cast iron spike, which ensures it’s cooked all the way through and on all sides. Cast iron is a carbon-rich iron alloy and so is exceptional at retaining heat, diffusing it slowly and distributing it evenly. The roaster has an enamel coating to prevent burning and for easy cleaning. The weight of this pan makes it extremely stable, even when cooking large birds.
Promotes low-fat cooking
Spouts on the sides make it easy to drain off excess fat for healthier cooking. They can also be used for draining off meat juices to make a delicious gravy or sauce. The 24-centimetre-wide collection tray collects excess fat, resulting in a tender, low-fat meat. The large round tray also helps keep the oven clean and can be used to roast side dishes.
Oven-to-table serving
The roaster is very resilient, durable and easy to clean. Its striking look means it can be used for serving from the oven straight to the table. Safely carry the roaster using both side grips and simply carve at the table.
Hob, induction and oven suitable
It can be used on all types of hobs, including induction, and is heat-resistant in the oven and grill up to 250°C. Not suitable for the microwave or dishwasher.
