For Sale: MKS Microvision 2 Ion Gauge Controllers + Nude Ion Gauge Assemblies
Selling MKS Microvision 2 high-performance ion gauge controller head, including attached nude ion gauge sensor assemblies (as shown). Units were previously part of a working vacuum setup but are now untested, sold AS-IS.
These are widely used in UHV, fusion research, plasma systems, thin-film deposition, leak detection, and high-accuracy vacuum diagnostics.
Included
Each unit consists of:
• MKS Microvision 2 Controller (24 VDC, 3A input)
• Integrated nude Bayard–Alpert ion gauge head
• Analog I/O (DB25)
• Digital I/O (DB25)
• Ethernet port for remote control
• Gauge status LEDs (Emission, X-Trip OK, Multiplier, Power)
• X-Trip safety port
• Audio jack (buzzer/output)
• Heavy stainless-steel gauge flange and mounting hardware
Model numbers visible:
• Microvision 2, RGA-style housing
• Sensor assemblies marked 85H0024-B301
(standard MKS nude BA gauge form factor)
Condition
• Cosmetics: Some scratches and wear marks on the housings (see photos).
• Electronics: Not tested. Selling for parts, repair, or refurbishment.
