Hi!
I want to be honest:
I’m not a deep technical expert and I don’t work with advanced networking or complicated server setups.
Even though I have worked 4 years in IT support, my strength is helping with basic everyday issues, like:
✅ Setting up a new computer
✅ Installing updates or programs
✅ Helping with Office apps (Word, Outlook, etc.)
✅ Fixing simple printer problems
✅ Explaining things in a simple way
✅ Helping you learn how to use your phone or computer
If you need help with small tasks and patient support, I’m happy to help!
(But if you need advanced networking or IP configuration, I might not be the right person.)
I can consult over the phone, via remote control or visiting your home or office.
🕓 Available in evenings from 17:00 and on weekends
💰 Price: 100 NOK per hour (minimum 1 hour), If I cannot fix the issue, I only charge 50 NOK per hour for the time spent.
📍 Bergen. As I don't own a car living in this beautiful city, I take the bus.
Payment by Vipps or cash is fine.
(English would be better – my Norwegian is not very good yet, but we can use Google translate or I can show you how ChatGPT works - AI times are here!)
I do my best, but I can’t guarantee I can solve every problem. You only pay for the time I spend.
