If you are up for spontaneous rides and use your smartphone for navigation, the BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Cradle is just the thing for you. As an alternative to Navigator VI, you place your smartphone in the cradle and access the navigation function using the BMW Motorrad Connected app. You control all functions with the Multi-Controller on the handlebars, making it safer for you to get from A to B when you’re commuting, touring or dashing through turns
Simply attach the BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Cradle to your bike’s navigation preparation. Thanks to individually adjustable brackets it is compatible with the most popular smartphone models. Once paired by Bluetooth with the BMW Motorrad Connected app, you place your smartphone in the cradle to conveniently control the app’s functions using the Multi-Controller on the handlebars. And while you’re on the go, the BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Cradle inductively charges your smartphone – alternatively, you can also use a USB-C cable.
The BMW Motorrad Connected app is the key to the BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Cradle. Once paired with the app’s Connectivity Hub, you can access its functions with the Multi-Controller. The navigation system will take you to your next destination along the best routes using the map and arrow view, while also grating you access to your route data after having arrived. The Bike Info area also provides you with all important vehicle data, such as tyre pressure, fuel gauge and range.
