Some marks along edge of the screen, that's why being sold cheap. I don't know if you can clean them with cleaning liquid or not. But they can be seen only when it's off or sunlight falls on it, not usually indoors with laptop screen switched on. It's not scratches, just marks. Camera works as expected. You can see these marks on 7th pic.
The other pics show the details of laptop.
No physical damages otherwise.
