Description
8.25-inch diameter and 33mm taper
Replaces many of the older standard threaded clutches and small pin clutches
Can also be used on models that came with 8" clutches you will just not use the 0.25" of sheave
Fits Models:
2004-2006 600, 700 lay down engines with chain drive
2004-2009 600, 700, 800 lay down engines with ACT drive
2010-2015 600, 800 lay down 2-stroke engines
2010-2020 500, 570 lay down 2-stroke engines
2007-2015 1100 4-stroke non-turbo engines
Can also be used on 2016-2017 ZR 5000 models, in place of the no longer available 0746-849 TEAM clutch

Arctic Cat's testing showed the Big Fin clutch resulted in twice the durability
Has upgraded high-temp DuPont bearings in the cam and movable sheave
DuPont bearings withstand higher temperatures, making the clutch more free moving and less binding
Binding in a driven clutch hampers the shift pattern, resulting in pulling the belt apart
Added height to the fins, pumps more hot air out of the clutch compartment, allowing more cool air in
The larger fins keep the belt and clutches operating up to 30% cooler
When installing this clutch the offset will need to be checked, and corrected if necessary, with an alignment bar
