The label about the brand & material etc is cut away, nevertheless this piece seems to be rather certainly 100% viscose crêpe
Floral pattern. Multicoloured. Featuring light blues, light pale rose pinks, white, and beige on black.

From shoulder to hemline measures about 62 cm (front)
Chest circumference measured just under where the armpits of the sleeves end about 122 cm

Fastens with seven buttons to the front, all buttons in place, some of them have been replaced with larger similar colour buttons so not all the buttons are of original design, one of the buttons is attached with pale blue thread whilst all others are sewed in place with black thread
