Buying nicely used saves you few days of frustration till the pan is ready. Anyway this model sells very fast and it is at the moment not available even at de buyer website or at Bakeren og Kokken or Kitchn.
This model is called De Buyer Carbone Plus. As per De Buyer website. Carbone Plus pans are preferred by chefs.
Note that unlike MINERAL B or HELLSTRØM models of debuyer, this model does not have a 10 minute /200 C kind of oven restrictions. Meaning it can withstand high heat in oven nicely as long as you wish, like a PIZZASTÅL.
De Buyer 32 cm, 2 handles for easy lifting, bottom is approx 23 cm, so it is possible to cook large which will not fit on smaller pans.
Works on induction, ceramic , electric, grill, gas , wood and coal.
Can send by postnord, which most likely costs 69.
