Preloved. Shows signs of usage. The hood is missing. One small yellow paint stain inside of the collar as shown in the photos. Overall in OK pre-owned condition. Think this is an oilskin jacket that has nearly lost its oilskin, so, would recommend re-oiling was it with a hard wax, liquid oil meant for oilskins, or a specific spray.
