Mother and daughter looking for a long-term apartment in Bærum 🏡

Hi! 😊 My name is Weronika, and I am looking for an apartment to rent from November for myself and my 9-year-old daughter in Bærum, preferably in or around Lommedalen, Bærums Verk, Kolsås , Bekkestua or Sandvika. We are looking for a cozy apartment with at least one bedroom, preferably two if it fits within our budget. We are hoping to find a quiet and safe place that we can rent long-term. My daughter attends school in Bærum, and I have a permanent job which is also located in Bærum, so staying in this area is very important to us. I am a quiet, responsible and tidy person who will take good care of the apartment. We are non-smokers and we do not have any pets. Our budget is up to approximately NOK 16,000 per month. Ideally, we would love to find a place where electricity and/or other utilities are included in the monthly rent, but this is not a requirement. Regarding the deposit, I would prefer the possibility of using a NAV deposit guarantee instead of the standard three-month cash deposit, if this is something the landlord is willing to accept.
