German family of 4 looking for a place to stay in Oslo

We are a warm, active, and reliable German family of four moving to Oslo this August. We are looking for a place outside the city center and close to nature, but with a convenient commute to Forskningsparken. Jens (31), has accepted a position as a Software Developer at Photoncycle, starting this July. We are more than happy to provide his employment contract and professional references upon request. Cornelia (31), is a passionate music and vocal pedagogue. For the past ten years, she has taught parent-child music groups and preschool classes, most recently holding a permanent position at a German music school. Our two children are Jolanda (6), who will start attending the German School this August, and Merlin (2,5). We are a non-smoking family with no pets. As a family, we love spending time outdoors and are thrilled about Norway’s nature. We enjoy hiking, mountaineering, cycling, and winter sports. We are helpful and cheerful, and we would be glad to assist with maintaining the property or taking care of the garden. The required deposit is fully available and can be transferred immediately to a Norwegian bank account.
