Looking for a long term apartment

Hi! My name is Yaniv, I'm 40 years old and looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment to rent in Oslo from around the beginning of August - though I'm flexible on timing. I'm a Dutch citizen (EU/EEA, full right to live and work in Norway) and recently relocated from the UK for a new job at Storm Studios. My initial contract is for one year, but I'm here to stay and looking for a long-term home, not a short-term arrangement. I'm in full-time employment earning NOK 53,000/month gross, non-smoking, have no pets, and am a quiet and considerate tenant. I take good care of any place I live in and am easy to communicate with.
