Full-time teacher at BISS seeking long-term rental in Stavanger from August

Hola! My name is Juan José, I am 46 years old, and I am relocating to Stavanger in August to start a full-time teaching position at BISS. I am looking for a long-term rental apartment or small house in the Stavanger/Sandnes area. I am a responsible, tidy, and respectful tenant with stable employment, looking for a comfortable place to settle for the long term. As a homeowner myself, I understand the value of a well-cared-for property and would treat any home with the same respect. Ideally, I am looking for a furnished or partly furnished home with parking and access to EV charging, as I drive an electric car.
