Reliable couple looking for apartment in Oslo

Hi! We are Viktoria and Enrico, a stable and responsible couple who have been living together for 2 years in Oslo. We are now looking for our own apartment and are planning to move from August 1st, as our current contract ends on July 31st. Enrico, Italian 30 years old guy, works as Head of Lab at Himkok (full-time, stable income) Viktoria, 28th Norwegian girl, is a social work student with part-time job and student support (~15,000 NOK/month) Budget: Up to 22,000 NOK (utilities included) or 20,000 NOK (excluding utilities) Preferred areas: Torshov, Sagene, Grünerløkka, Sofienberg, Tøyen, Ekeberg (Old Town area) Looking for: 1–2 bedroom apartment Preferably with balcony In the future we may consider getting a small/medium dog, so pet-friendly housing is a plus.
