Looking for a separate apartment

Hello, I am a 33 year old woman from Lithuania, and I have been living in Norway for over 10 years. I work in a beauty salon in Grünerløkka (Oslo) and also have an additional job in a cleaning company, which gives me a stable and reliable income. I am a responsible, tidy, and calm person who values a clean and peaceful home. I work a lot and often travel, so I am usually not at home during weekends. I currently live in Fjellhamar and I am looking for a new place nearby or in areas with good public transport connections to Oslo. I have a small 7 year old Pomeranian Spitz. He is very calm, does not bark when left alone, and has never caused any problems. I have a car so I need a parking space. Since I spend little time at home, my electricity usage is very low, so it is important for me that electricity is included in the rent. I am mainly looking for a cozy place where I can relax and stay overnight after work. I am especially looking for a bright apartment with good natural light and windows. It would be great to have a separate bedroom and access to a storage room, as I have skis and some personal belongings that need space. My preferred rent is between 10,000 and 11,000 NOK per month (up to 12,000 NOK for the right place). I can move in at any time, and my latest move-out date from my current apartment is July 1st.
