Rolig ektepar søker langtidsleie – nattbuss og god forbindelse til sentrum

We are a married couple working full-time in the city centre with stable employment and income. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and live a quiet, calm lifestyle with love to exploring and traveling. We have lived in our current apartment for 3.5 years and are now looking for a larger place where we would like to stay long-term. Our current landlords are happy to provide references :) We plan to continue living and working in Oslo for at least 10 years. Our notice period runs until the end of June, but we are flexible and can move in mid-June or at another time convenient for us both. We are looking for apartment min. 40m2, modern and furnished. Both of us work evening and night shifts, therefore good public transport connections, including night buses throughout the week, are important for us. Budget:approx.19,000including additional costs.
