Single female IT professional looking for a flat

Hi, I am a 32 years old Polish woman, working full time as a Technical Support Manager at a software development company. I work mostly from the office, on weekends I tend to go on hikes or spend time with my friends. I am very tidy, organised and handy! I have a small sized dog who doesn’t shed so it’s easy to keep the place clean with him around. I take him to the office with me and if I need to leave him because of travelling then a dog sitter looks after him so he is never alone for longer than couple hours at a time and he is very well-behaved. I am looking for a permanent place where I can stay as long as possible and I can move in at the end of June or beginning of July. Ideally in St. Hanshaugen area as that’s where my sister lives but I am open to properties in areas nearby too. It would be great if the place was furnished but I’m open to unfurnished as well. When it comes to the price, my budget is 20 000 nok max. I have references from my current landlord, my workplace and I can also provide a copy of my employment contract.
