Rolig par søker 2-roms i Oslo (langtidsleie fra slutten av august)

Hei! Vi heter Sara og Pedro, og vi er et rolig og hyggelig par som ser etter en toromsleilighet i Oslo. Vi er opprinnelig fra Portugal og lærer norsk, men siden vi fortsatt ikke er helt flytende, fortsetter vi på engelsk 😊 We have been living in Oslo for almost 8 years. Pedro works as an architect at NORDIC — Office of Architecture in the city centre, where he has a permanent and stable position. Sara works as a graphic designer and illustrator. We are both quiet, tidy, responsible, and non-smokers. We currently live in Majorstuen and enjoy the area, but we are flexible and open to other neighborhoods such as St. Hanshaugen, Frogner, Sagene, and nearby areas. We are looking for a one-bedroom apartment (minimum 50 m²) with a comfortable living space. Unfurnished or partially furnished is fine. Ideally, appliances, heating, and hot water are included in the rent, but we are flexible. We are considering moving in August/September, but we have flexibility from our landlord.
