Family of 3 looking for apartment

Heisann, We are a family of three (with a two years old toddler) that would like to rent an apartment in Oslo. We are planning to move there from Trondheim from the 1st of July. The parents will be working in an office and the toddler will go to a barnehage. We'd like to live in a place where we can rest after a productive day at work. We want a place with two bedrooms. We will also need a furnished (or partly furnished) apartment with a storage room. Preferably we want the apartment to be either in the first or the second floor, but can be higher if the building has an elevator. We do not have a pet and we do not smoke. We like to keep our place tidy and clean. Please let us know if we are a possible tenant, and we can arrange a viewing (either physically or digitally).
