Flat wanted to rent long term by a female lawyer early 30s - 22.500 kr

I am a 33 yr old shipping/ maritime lawyer and have just moved to Norway from Dubai. I work for Gard AS in the Defence Department. I am presently in Arendal and will shift to Oslo permanently from September/October. I am female, Indian, unmarried and have no kids. I have rented for the past 9 years (6 years in Mumbai and 3 years in Dubai) with no complaints. I am very responsible, tidy, clean, and have no pets. I love to travel, read a lot, game in my free time, love going to museums, concerts, comic-cons etc. I am looking for a one/two bedroom fully furnished flat with a balcony to live in on my own. I am flexible on area, but looking for a place centrally located/ not too far from my office: Frogner, Majorstuen, St. Hanshaugen, Torshov, Sagene, Bislett, Ullevål and surrounding areas. I do not require a garage/parking space. I would ideally like to move in in the beginning of September but can be slightly flexible with the move in date (mid/end September) if required.
