Looking for a flat (long-term)

Hi! My name is Nathan, I am 29 years old and working as an Assistant Professor at the Economics department at the University of Oslo since September 2023 with a permanent contract. I am originally from Belgium and am already fully registered in Norway (I have BankID, personal number, etc.). I am looking for a flat in Grünerløkka, Tøyen, St. Hanshaugen, Grønland or Torshov. I am flexible with the move-in date - ideally before September 1. I am looking for a long-term rental. I can present references from previous landlords, employment contracts, etc. I don't smoke and don't have pets. I am also clean and quiet. Please let me know if you have any further questions for me.
