Hello everyone!
I`m Enrico, 28yo, from Ravenna, Italy. I`m a marine biologist and population geneticist working on seals at the Natural History Museum of Oslo (University of Oslo) as a PhD student. I moved in Oslo in March 2024 for my work, and I enjoyed living here ever since.
I frequented the University of Bologna for both my Bachelor and Master, during with I had a first experience abroad during my Erasmus+ period in Tolouse, France.
I am looking for a new apartment for myself. I would like to try something new for the simple reason I would like to live by myself. I have absolutely no problems with both my landlords (both current and previous) or my flatmates, with which I have a good relationship.
I consider myself a good tenant. I have always paid my rents in time and took care of the apartment I was given and the things that were coming with it as much as possible. I live alone, I don`t smoke and I don`t have pets nor kids. I`m a quiet person, I am not a party guy. I like outdoor activities, reading, drawings and nature photography.
I would like to have an apartment near the Oslo city center, or near the Natural History Museum located inside the Botanical Garden, where I am currently working. Still, I am open to other solutions.
I am searching for an apartment with at least 30 m2 of surface, with a separated room for the bedroom, and furnished with at least the washing machine, dishwasher, stove, freezer and fridge. Also, I would like to have a balcony and to have easy to reach supermarkets. Maximum rent: 15000 kr (but less is better...).
The renting period would be of around 2 years. I would like to pay no more than 2-months deposit.
I have to give a two months in advance notice to my current landlord, but I could consider moving in a little bit earlier if I like the apartment. So for now I would consider renting from August 2025 (when I will return back from Italy).
