Respectful tech couple (Kahoot) seeking long-term apartment in Oslo

We are a tidy and respectful Ukrainian couple working in tech, currently looking for a rental apartment in Oslo. One of us works full-time at Kahoot on a permanent contract, and the other is actively seeking a position in the same field. We’re quiet, responsible, and planning to stay in Oslo for at least the next year — potentially up to 3 years. We don’t smoke, and we keep our home very clean. We have a calm, well-trained 7-year-old border collie who has lived in multiple rentals without any issues. One of us always works from home, so the dog is never left alone during the day. We love nature, hiking, and traveling — and we treat every home with care. We're happy to provide references and reviews from past rentals. We’re currently staying in an Airbnb until July 1st (non-refundable), so we’re ready to move in around that time. We kindly ask that the apartment includes parking or a garage, as we have a car.
