Portuguese Family wants to move to Oslo from Hadeland

We're a Portuguese family looking for a spacious home to rent in a nice and calm area for me, my wife, and our two sons (5 and 2 years old). Joao, Sara, Frederico, and Benjamin. And our four cats too 😁 We're looking for a home over 85m2, on the ground floor, with two bedrooms (three would be best), large living areas, and a terrace or garden. If the home is spacious enough, we are willing to consider it without an outdoor area. We'd prefer to stay under 28 000 in rent, but depending on the house and amenities (things included), we can consider 30 000. We have always lived in Oslo, but three years ago, we bought a house in Gran, Hadeland, and we've lived here in the country since. However, because of the long commute, we decided to sell our home and move back to Oslo. My wife, Sara, is a Dog groomer/ Hundefrisør and owner of Rainbows & Unicorns Hundesalong in St Hanshaugen for 8 years now. I'm a chef, previously head chef of Delicatessen in Majorstuen, Gressholmen Kro, and Gastro Catering, and an author (pen name, John Ilho) currently getting my third book ready for launch.
