Looking for 2 bedrooms apartment in Nordnes

We (2 adults and 1 two-year-old kid) are looking for an apartment in Nordnes. We have lived in Nordnes for 2 years. I am a researcher in the Institute of Marine Research (Havforskningsinstituttet), my wife gets Norwegian training at LINGU (Tollbodallmenningen 5b), my daugther attends Haugeveien Barnehagen. We are kind and quiet tenants without smoking and drinking. We always make our home clean and tidy. We do not have any pets. We want to find an apartment in Nordnes with 2 bedrooms (or there is only one bedroom, but the overall area of the apartment is larger). The tentative rent period is started from 01.07.2025 (can be ealier), and our budget is 18000 kr (of course can be discussed according to the quality of the apartment). We hope it will be a long-term rent. We hope the basic furniture can be provided, such as bed, sofa, dining table and chairs (also the more furniture the better).
