Me and my Human need a new home

We are looking for a flat, big enough for me (Cat, male) and my human (male, 48), we are relatively quiet. and I like to go outside (cat). My human has many crafting hobbies and generally keeps to themself. they are a likeable friendly person, and easy to get on with. We need space for me to be a cat, and my human to do their hobbies, nothing big but not tiny. some Storage space would be nice, we dont need much, just a safe home for long term tenancy. Our current home is going to be Demolished in May to make way for a Hyperspace Bypass.. or new houses. i dont know, I'm a cat. So we need to find a new home fast. We have our own furniture, and my human is very punctual with Rent and Bills. No car, so parking isn't needed. no TV needed, only internet I love my Human and they love me, so we cannot be separated, as we need each other.
