Family of 3 looking for 2/3 bed house or flat in Skadberg/Central Sola/Forus/Gausel - up to 22K/month

Hei! We are relocating to Sola from Switzerland in Q4 2024 after a dual job offer with Equinor for both my wife and myself, and looking for a family-oriented, positive and inclusive culture to raise our child. We are a family of 3, including 2 adults on late 30's a 3-year-old toddler, and no pets. As our son was granted a place at the neighbourhood's barnehage, we are looking for 2/3 bedroom houses or apartments with terrace/balcony in Skadberg, central Sola, Gausel or Forus with a maximum budget of 22K NOK per month. We have a solid history renting high end properties in Aberdeen and Geneva -where we live now-, and references can be provided if needed. We are very responsible and tidy, and since we are also owners we are fully aware of landlord needs and expectations from tenants. The earliest entry date would be between 15/10 and 1/11 and I will be available for viewings since the 1st week of September.
