A peaceful 50+ couple is looking for a house

Hello. A quiet middle-aged couple with a well-behaved cat that doesn't go outside, looking for a place to live, definitely for a longer period of time, We are Polish, we both work. We are looking for an apartment without furniture, not a basement, over 50 m2, at least 1 bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette, with a plot of land by the house, or with a terrace. With a fireplace, or with the possibility of lighting a bonfire outside. What we expect from this place is silence, access to trekking areas and reasonable communication with Oslo. We don't drink alcohol, we don't smoke, we don't lead a noisy social life, we are responsible, we always take care of the place where we live. Our passion is trekking and contact with nature.
